I'm going to buy another collar

I like the quality and thickness of the collar. However, after adjusting the length of the collar, it’s still not long enough for one of my dog’s thick neck.

Unable to remove screw in transponder

I thought I was going to need a replacement door. Michelle eased my mind because after talking with her, we tested the collar and Michelle determined that the collar needed to be replaced not the door. I was under warranty and Michelle sent me out a replacement collar immediately.
