Installation was pretty easy, it opens and closes (mostly) when my dogs are near.

That's about it for pros, it is a glorified doggy door. We got it to help stop our cat from having free access outside, so far done its job there.

Never received a AC power cord for the door leaving me to have to find a spare one around the house. Got 2 backup batteries but really only need one since it charges, allegedly, from the ac adapter so no reason for 2. Batteries do not charge.

The app has a lot to be desired, I have a 7 month old puppy I was trying to figure out if there was a way to have the door have a delay for opening from the outside. Trying to make sure my puppy takes some time outside to go to the bathroom. No such option. Tried to create a schedule to attempt to manually do that with 15 minutes every hour that would not allow her in, just getting errors when creating the schedule.

Overall for a "high tech" door seems like the technology is from 2000 not 2026. Almost no customization for the door, and the sensor works 80% of the time.

So far it has been a good product. doesn't seem to have any issues. My dog was able use the door pretty quick. I know this is a different product than the roll up model. But if I could add a suggestion would be a solid door you could mount on the door for better security when you may go on a trip. The plastic door might keep out small animals etc. but it would take no time for someone to cut into the plastic to gain entry. just an idea. As for now, pleased with the product.

Door never worked right company sent new insides...after 1 year 1 collar stopped working order 2 new collars only 1 works. Disappointing to spend so much money for it not to work.

My dog loves this door as do we. It’s a huge lifesaver and comfort knowing that our dog can go in and out while we are away at work.
For some reason, I couldn’t get our door to connect to WiFi. We have had the door for a while now, but for some reason it just got disconnected. I contacted the company for support. Michelle took care of everything. She walked me through what is called a hard reset of the door. It worked like magic and our door is working again. It was a pleasure working with Michelle and I know if we run into problems in the future all I have to do is contact customer service and they will help.

Not a bad product. Originally it was missing pieces but I contacted the company and was sent the missing hardware. One of my collars stopped working after a few months, changed the battery but it never worked again. The door itself works well. My dogs go in and out all day long. Have not had any issues with the App. I can open the door from 50 miles away.
